BLACKLISTED "blacklisted by nominet"

HI
I get this message "blacklisted by nominet" for a certain number in the Uk i am trying to call (3 Network voicemail number). I have never opened an account nominet and dont understand why the system keeps on giving me this error. Please can IPTEL take a look at the problem.
