Update Subscription Payment Details

Hi
We have 2 subscriptions: a Soho and a Premium account.
These are paid via PayPal subscriptions.
I need to update the expiry date etc for the credit card used and I although I can access this feature in my Paypal account I cannot update the card on the PBXes subscriptions.
PayPal have told me to refer this to you (as the Merchant) as you may have blocked this option.
Please advise on how I should proceed.
