Hearing noise in backround

When the sip phone is connected directly to our provider calls are very clear, but when it is connected to pbxes we here a noise on the background.

We are using PCMA as prefer codec, the G729 with "pass-true mode" is not clear and the G722 is very clear, when making echo test the phone is using G722.

The provider uses the following codecs:

G722
PCMA
G729
ILBC
