I already use 10 extensions, I need 5 more what should I do? Another subscription?

You can cancel the existing subscription and create a new one.

do i need to create new pro subscription not for 10 users but for 15?
or do I just have to create just a new subscription for 5?

It is cheaper to have one subscription for 15 instead of two for 10 and 5, because you get the discounted price per extension when you buy 10 or more.
