problems with incoming calls
Hello there,
I am experiencing a critical issue with my inbound call service. While calls successfully reach my extensions, there is no audio connection established upon answering.
From the caller's perspective, the phone continues to ring even after the call has been picked up. On the receiving end, there is complete silence.
I would appreciate some help.

Did you try with different devices as extensions? You could e.g. try our Android app "Sipdroid".
If you only have one device type, you could change the codec setting.
If this does not help, the next step would be to look at the System Log. You can enable SIP Trace there, but this is only available on paid accounts.
