Payment Failure PayPal

I added new card & overlooked to link with Pbxes payment in PayPal. This caused payment failure.
Please try agin to charge me . Sorry for inconvenience.

Received an other E-mail stating Premium account terminated..
Being with Pbxes since 2009, request admin should consider to reinstate Premimum account and charge me billed amount...Thanks

We don't restore subscriptions that failed three times. Please create a new subscription from the shop page.

To ensure safety throughout the 24-hour grace period, you can back up your data in Personal Data. Recently, automatic backup functionality was added for your convenience, making it easier to continue using accounts that have been downgraded to the free tier for some time.

I recevied 1st email on Feb 3, 2025 to notify me that subscription failed. As I correted the that paypal account and requested you to try, I am sure paymnet went through for Euro 31.34.

As you suggested go for new subscription, it is going to be Euro 44.85 for 3 months.

Wiill it be possible to consider a loyal client since 2009 to continue with old subcription rate of Euro 31.34 for 3 month.
