Hi,

ich erstelle mehrmals im Jahr Kopien meiner Einstellungen in Form von Text und Screenshots.

Ich würde mir wünschen einen Exportbutton und Importbutton der Konfiguration zu erhalten der alles in meinem Account sichern kann, falls mal was schief geht.

Ist das in Zukunft möglich? Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob Verbesserungsvorschläge gewünscht werden, da sich hier nicht viel an Neuerungen tut.

Um einen Stellungnahme würde ich mich freuen.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Vorschlag. Wir sind bereits bei der Implementierung, so dass eine Backup- und Restore-Funktion in wenigen Tagen zur Verfügung stehen wird.

Und danke für die Stellungnahme. Ich glaube ich habe zum ersten Mal eine Antwort von einem Moderator. Und dann noch einen der Sorte "Super"

Die Funktion steht ab sofort unter "Persönliche Daten" zur Verfügung. Wiederherstellung eines Backups ist nur für Premium- und PRO-Accounts möglich.

Danke.

Es wäre sinnvoller eine Exportdatei zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Ich habe mehrere relevante Konfigirations optionen.

Nun kann ich aber nur den aktuellesten Stand sichern, wenn mich nicht alles täuscht.

Wenn mal was mit euren System passiert. Oder der Account gelöscht wird weil eine Zahlung nicht geklappt hat oder was auch immer.

Also so fühlt man sich als User nicht wirklich sicherer. Man ist immer noch abhängig von euren Servern.

Das mit der Export-Funktion sehe ich genauso. Man könnte ruhiger schlafen dann.
