My calls are being cut off at the 60 min mark even though I have a premium account and set to 180 min. Can you please verify my account is flagged correctly.
Yes, your calltimeout is set to 180 minutes in the relevant files. That's why I guess your provider or phone has the 1 hour timeout. You could also try doing a Submit & Start in Personal Data to be sure your PBX is on the right settings.
