"Forced to" upgrade to Premium Account by unterminated calls |
 |
Dear Mr. i-p-tel,
By unknown reason, I've got:
One "32 hour long" call (32:16:31) on July 16
One "17 hour long" call (17:36:11) on July 29,
These had bumped my monthly usage from approx 200 min up to as sky high as 3300 min. and because of the heavy usage I'm forced to upgrade my account to Premium level unwillingly.
I have investigated the call records, these long-lasting calls are not real because I had just made a routine call for a couple minutes and dropped it with my device as normal as usual.
And it shouldn't have happened because by default Pbxes would have a "60 minute time-out" setting to stop these kind of error from lasting forever.
Can you sir help resolve this problem? and may I get a refund? because I don't think these mistakes were caused by my side. also I'm a light user, and I didn't, or wasn't willing to offend any terms of service, so I shouldn't deserve my account being blocked and paying extra money.
Thank you very much.
