Subscription renewed by mistake |

Dear Sirs,
I received a yearly renewal for the service. I supposed to have canceled the subscription to it, but a mistake has happened and the renewal has been applied as well.
As you can see, we are no longer using your service since June 2018. While we have always appreaciated your service as reliable, we no longer need a PBX.
So I'm asking you to revert the latest payment (see below) and refound us for it as we have stopped using your service a long ago.
