Multiple CID on Incoming Routes

It would be useful to be able to setup a list of CID on Incoming Routes as an opposite to current one CID (or a overly simple pattern) per route.
Sometimes there's a need to group multiple CID of different patterns, such as list of mobile phones of the team, etc.
Alternatively, think about black list to block telemarketers, etc.
