We are getting a problem this morning where we are getting blacklisted numbers. From reading this forum it appears to be about IPTel thinking that we are trying to cheat the system by having free accounts as well as paid accounts. This is not the case. We originally set up a free account (mjevanssip) to test the system to see if we wanted to use it. Once we had made the decision to use it we opened a new account (metokote) - a paid premium account with a different name - the name of my company. This is the account we are now using. However I maintained the previous free account which we have used for testing things like new trunks before transferring them to the company system which is live.
I was not intending to break PBxes rules and so I apologise if this has done so. How do I delete mjevanssip - the other free account and therefore come back within your rules and continue using metokote premium account without problems..
I understand now that I should have deleted the old account first. If I try and do that now, however, it says that my old account is blocked - so how do I delete it???

OK - just read a few more posts and it says I need pay 5 euros to upgrade the mjevanssip account to premium and then go in and delete it. I have just done that, paid my 5 euros, but the account is still blocked and asking me for another payment to upgrade it before I can delete it. How much money do you want from me to fix this problem ????
I have just gone in and paid 9.95 euros through mjevanssip and upgraded to premium that way - this has worked and I have now cancelled and deleted the account. However I shouldn't have had to pay twice to upgrade mjevanssip to premium. I paid the reduced rate through metokote and then, because that didn't work, I had to pay another 9.95 euros through mjevanssip. Can you please refund the 9.95.
