Subscription immediately cancelled?! |

Good afternoon,
I took a Soho subscription for 1 month and disabled it after 5 minutes, under the impression that after the month the subscription would automatically end. Also, this is what Paypal communicates when cancelling your subscription. There is no other information on the subscription pages at PBXes or at Paypal.
However, after a couple of minutes PBXes did send me an email saying that in 24 hours my account will be downgraded. This is not fair at all. I paid for one month and I want to receive one month, nothing more or less. Please make sure users receive what they pay for.
Maybe the email is not correct and I will be able to use my account for the month I paid for but if not I will lose my forum rights so I posted this message to be sure. In that case I suggest you clarify the email sent to users after cancelling a subscription.
