NEEDHELP. cannot cancel subscription as everytime i log on, the web browser keeps forwarding from www6 to www7 and back and forth in an infinite loop and no access to my account what so ever had to google search to find forums link and somehow even though unable to get a complete welcome page after login atttempt, able to recognise on www4 that i am logged on into post forums...so short story...cancel my subscription now.
