Since several weeks I'm observing strange problem related to one of my "trunks". Trunk named "*********_IPCALL" (third one from the top under "Status" menu) remains offline and unavailable. I haven't changed any settings recently.
In order to troubleshoot and isolate issue following steps have been taken:
1. I have verified all "trunk" related settings again.
2. I have reentered correct settings & restarted pbxes (Submit & Start).
2. I have removed mentioned "trunk" & added again + restarted pbxes (Submit & Start).
Unfortunately this trunk still remains as offline under "Status" menu.
I'm confused and not sure what is going on. For testing purposes I additionally utilized android softphone and managed to register mentioned "trunk" without any problems. Apparently for some reason pbxes is experiencing difficulties with connection.
Can you please advise or check where is the problem?
I have raised service ticket with my provider. By the way please be advised that proper address is voip.ipcall.pl not sip.voipcall.pl and that is what was entered under pbxes settings.
