hello,
after switching to PRO can I deactivate my Premium subscription now?

to change the payment method for the PRO subscription? I want to use another paypal account is it possible?

Yes, absolutely. The premium subscription can be cancelled when you are happy with the PRO.

To change paypal account you need to cancel the subscription, and create a new one with the other account.
