Achtung Fehlfunktion im Aufnahmestudio Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

Wenn ich am Telefon über das Aufnahmestudio versuche files aufzunehmen, bekomme ich in der gui den fehler bad Format, und die aufnahme wird nicht gespeichert.

Ich habe es gerade versucht: Aufnahme mit *77 aufgenommen. Dann im Aufnahmestudio gespeichert. Es wird Format OK angezeigt.

bei mir nicht, wenn ich auf den Dateinamen klicke, wird die Datei auch nicht widergegeben. probieren sie es gern mal mit meinem account.

Unter welchem Namen haben Sie die Aufnahme abgespeichert, die als Bad Format anzeigt wird? Wir können dann das Format genauer überprüfen.

die Dateien lassen sich nicht speichern. vor ca. 5 Minuten habe ich eine weitere testaufnahme von der Nebenstelle 23 getätigt, die Datei sollte nocintro genannt werden, wegen bad Format wurde das speichern aber nicht durchgeführt.

Ich glaube, es liegt ein Bedienungsfehler vor.

Bitte geben Sie zunächst nach dem Klicken auf "Aufnahmestudio" die Nummer der Nebenstelle, die Sie für die Aufnahme benutzen möchten, ein.

Nun nehmen Sie die Aufnahme mit "*77" auf.

Anschließend geben Sie einen Namen unter "Schritt 3" ein und klicken dort auf "Speichern".

es war wohl ehr ein blödheitsfehler, fallsche Nebenstelle ....
