In some outgoing calls skype appears as a trunk and I have no skype trunk

I have a problem: Some of my outgoing calls, they try to make a skype trunk (I have no skype trunk registered) this is strange, since as I said I do not have any skype trunk, then all these calls are lost.
Here are some examples:

This situation is uncomfortable, as it happens frequently and calls are lost.

Why does Skype appear as one of my trunks?

This happens when there is no outgoing route for the destination number. In your case both trunks were busy because you set your trunks to a maximum of 1 outgoing channel, and this was used up.

Skype integration into PBXes was discontinued in 2016. So we have now removed the old skype routing, which served as a fallback if no route was available. For skype users: Use skype connect instead, to integrate with PBXes.
