Google Talks/hangouts doesn't work |
|
I'm getting this notice
NOTICE[68739] res_jabber.c: JABBER: encryption failure. possible bad password.
It worked initially, 2 days ago, and I was sure to make a backup when it was working. Restoring to the backup does not fix the issue.
I've done a variety of things to attempt to resolve the issue and have read everything in the forums.
It seems google's transition to google hangouts is leaving many pbxes incapable of performing as-is. yate works perfectly with the same setup.
I've removed all the trunks but one, went into the gmail account and made sure the account was reverted back to google talk (it reverts to hangouts automatically). From what I've read, google is phasing out jabber entirely, which will make pbxes.org completely useless to me as-is...
Your user interface for creating the IVR and hosting the IVR is the primary reason I'm posting this before telling my bank to do a chargeback for the 4 pro extensions I signed up for.
but I'm compiling YATE now....
Again, I'd love for this to work, I'm already signed up, it's UI is exactly like what I'm going to have to spend a bunch of time building from scratch with YATE (which again, works perfectly as tested so far and is projected to continue to work perfectly as it is the platform google is supposedly using for it's hangouts)
Please, if you can fix this issue soon, I'm yours...
and I really really do hope it's some silly and easy to fix mistake on my part.
Otherwise, I'm gone. Thanks
