We are using a sip trunk that is sometimes overloaded. But frequently at second attempt is ok!
I would like to know if it is possible to change the number of attempts that the system makes to send the call, before the SIP 480 error appears. Is it possible to change this value?

You could add your trunk twice (for one of them you should choose register "No"). Then in the trunk sequence of your outbound route, add both of them to have two call attempts.
