In the trunks, I see that Gtalk is connected. Still placing of receiving call never works. Outgoing just keeps ringing (and shows up in status page as call in progress and call monitor as 0s call) but call never gets placed on gtalk. An incoming call never reaches extension as well. This has been going on for months now. Initially I though a temporary glitch and will be resolved, but it is long time now.

So does anyone know if Gtalk is still working with PBXes ? If it is whom do I reach out for help ?

You still had a trunk that used the old GV peering which was available unitl 2018.

From 2018 to 2019 there was a new SIP based GV peering which stopped to work in 2019.

So you can delete the trunk now.
