As my current credit card with Paypal was recently changed, Paypal says I have to start a new subscription with you to be able to pay. Is this really correct?
Payment was rejected today, new attempt willbe done in three days.
It was finally rejected today as the new credit card could not be used. The credit card was not removed, just expired and hence could not be used for subscription. And of course no reply from PBXes. The only thing received regarding PBXes was as follows:
This can have the following reasons:
* You requested cancellation of a subscription.
* You failed to make a payment.
* You removed your credit card from PayPal account.
There is a grace period of 24 hours (14 days for PBXes PRO)
from now for renewing the subscription.
